What does "BYOK" mean?
Bring Your Own Key. You paste your own API key from Claude, OpenAI, or Ollama. PRISM never sees your key — it's encrypted locally on your machine. You pay your AI provider directly at their rates.
Is the free tier actually useful?
Yes. 45 tools cover everything most people need: read, send, search, label, filter, draft, manage threads. The free tier is not crippled — it's a real product.
Can I self-host?
PRISM runs entirely on your machine already — it's a local MCP server. There's nothing to self-host. The license just unlocks additional tools.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You drop back to the Community tier. Your data stays on your machine. Nothing is deleted. You keep the 45 free tools.
Do you offer lifetime licenses?
